People in Business

Employers are key when it comes to providing real life experiences for young people to learn more about the world of work.

We are currently working with over 40 business volunteers, also known as Enterprise Advisers (EAs).  Our valuable EAs help to support local Secondary Schools / Colleges to develop and implement a high level Careers Plan to drive aspiration and workplace skills needed for the future workforce.

As a business you could:

  • promote your existing work experience opportunities for young people through our network of Enterprise Coordinators
  • Work at a strategic level to implement a high level plan for Careers and Enterprise to link business and real life experience into the curriculum
  • Create deeper connections in the community, build your business reputation and improve the employability of young people in their area

Say 'hello' to our current EAs.
